Kathy lives on Lake Hartwell with her husband, Phil, and their Boykin Spaniel, Folly. Phil also maintains his real estate license of 25+ years. Phil and Kathy share a love of music singing at church, at weddings and funerals, and in the community. When Kathy is not busy serving her real estate clients, she enjoys time with Phil and Folly on the lake!
